After completing his journalism training in 1982, Deborah Roberts joined a Columbus-based television station known as WTVM. She went on to work with other media organizations such as WFTV, and WBIR before she was hired by NBC News in 1990. During her spell with the company, she appeared on some popular shows like “Dateline NBC”.
Her celebrity status was confirmed in 1995 when she joined ABC News. Since then, Roberts has appeared on some of the network’s most-watched shows like “World News Tonight Weekend” and “Good Morning America”.
