About David Koresh
David Koresh was an American self-proclaimed prophet best remembered for being the leader of the religious group the Branch Davidians. He believed himself to be the last prophet of the sect. In 1993, he along with 75 of his followers died when federal agents stormed the group's compound in Waco, Texas. The incident is widely known as the Waco siege.
Family Life
He was born to Bonnie Sue and Bobby Wayne Howell. From 1984 to 1993, he was married to a woman named Rachel Jones. He fathered over a dozen children with different women, including his wife Rachel.
Trivia
He was accused on several occasions of sexually assaulting his members' children.
In 2009, his mother Bonnie was stabbed to death. His sister Beverly was accused of committing the murder.
