About David Hart Smith
Sometimes, his fans call him Black Assassin or Davey Boy Smith Jr. His name however is David Hart Smith and he is a Canadian who wrestles professionally. He is of English descent and is the grandson of Stu Hart who worked as a wrestling promoter. He got interested in wrestling at a very early age and was under training as a little ten year old boy. His father was Davey Boy Smith nicknamed “The British Bulldog”.
Career
He started wrestling professionally as a teenager. He was already in the wrestling ring at the age of fifteen (15). In 2002, he partnered with his father for two fights but his father passed not long after that. He chose to go to college and to wrestle in Japan and declined a contract from World Wrestling Entertainment. He wrestled in Japan as black assassin when he joined New Japan Pro-Wrestling. He later went on to wrestle dark matches for World Wrestling Entertainment.
Achievements
He was the first-ever FCW Southern Heavyweight Champion after winning a twenty-one (21) man battle royal match.
