Background
Hunt graduated in 1987 from Southern Methodist University with a degree in business administration. He went on to work briefly for investment guru Goldman Sachs to gain experience then went to work in the family business.
Career
Following his father’s death in 2010, Hunt and his siblings inherited the NFL team Kansas City Chiefs and in 2010, he became the CEO. He has diligently transformed the team into one of the most successful teams in the NFL, leading the team to win its first Super Bowl in 50 years in 2019 and its second consecutive finals in 2020.
Hunt was appointed Chairman of the NFL Finance Committee in 2019 and is a very influential figure in the NFL. Hunt also managed the soccer team Kansas City Wizards for his family until it was sold in 2006.
Personal Life
Hunt’s daughter Gracie was Miss Kansas USA in 2021, and she is a social media influencer with over 150,000 Instagram followers.
