Carol Vorderman is a British media personality who made name for herself as the co-host of the popular game show Countdown from 1982 to 2008. She is also known for presenting shows such as ITV's Better Homes, The Pride of Britain Awards and Loose Women.
Family Life
She is the youngest of the three children of Tony Vorderman and Edwina J. Davies. She married Christopher Mather in 1985. The marriage ended the following year. Her second marriage was to Patrick King, from 1990 to 2000. The marriage produced two children.
Achievements
For her services to broadcasting, she was honored with the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in 2000. In 2011, she was voted UK Female Rear of the Year. She won the award again in 2014.
