Since 2003, Babbu Maan has worked on films in the Indian film industry as a singer, music director, lyricist, actor, producer or screenwriter.
Prior to his emergence on the film scene, he had made his debut as a singer in 1997, releasing his unofficial debut album, “Sajjan Rumaal De Geya”.
He has mostly performed in Punjabi cinema. “Hero Hitler in Love” and “Ekam – Son of Soil” are two of the films he has starred in, produced, provided music and written the scripts for.
