Asif Ali Zardari is a Pakistani politician known for being the 11th President of Pakistan, a position he held from 2008 to 2013. Prior to his presidency, he served as the First Gentleman of Pakistan while his wife Benazir Bhutto was Prime Minister of Pakistan.

Family Life

He is his parents' only son. He and Benazir Bhutto got married in 1987. The marriage produced three children: Asifa, Bakhtawar and Bilawal.

Trivia

He has been imprisoned multiple times.

In 2005, he reportedly had an estimated net worth of $1.8 billion and was the second richest man in his country.

In 2007, his wife Bhutto was assassinated in a bombing in Pakistan.

He is reportedly highly superstitious and slaughters a black goat on a daily basis to protect him from evil.
