About Arturo Vidal
Arturo Vidal is a professional Chilean footballer who began his senior club career with Colo-Colo in 2005. Upon his departure from Colo-Colo in 2007, he went on to play for teams such as Bayer Leverkusen and Bayern Munich. He joined the Chile national football team in 2007 and has represented them in several major tournaments, including multiple FIFA World Cups. He is regarded as one of the finest midfielders of his time.
Achievements
Throughout his career, he has won numerous titles with the various teams he has played with, including multiple Serie A titles with Juventus. He was a key member of the Chilean team that won the 2015 Copa América.
Trivia
In 2015, while he was playing in the 2015 Copa América tournament, he had an accident with his car which left him with minor injuries. It was later found out that he was driving under the influence of alcohol as of the time of the crash. He was therefore charged with drunk driving and banned from driving for two years.
