About Akash Vukoti
Akash Vukoti is an American reality television personality and spelling bee whizz-kid. He is known for his appearances on the variety television show, Little Big Shots in the first and second seasons.
He gained repute for being the very first person in first grade to participate in the Scripps National Spelling Bee. Vukoti first competed in a spelling bee competition at just two years old and became an American Mensa member at 3 years old.
Family Life
He is the son of Dr. Krishna M Vukoti and Chandrakala Jandyam, Indian immigrants to the United States. Her elder sister, Amrita, became a Scripps National Spelling Bee participant in 2019.
Achievements
In 2017, he was given a Special Recognition Award by the Telugu Association of North America. In 2020, he received a Global Child Prodigy Award in the Language category.
