About Ademola Lookman
Nigerian winger Ademola Lookman is a product of Charlton Athletic’s youth system. He was transitioned into the senior team following some superb performances with the junior team. In 2017, he earned a big-money move to Everton in the Premier League.
He spent the 2018 season on loan at German side RB Leipzig before making the move permanent the following season. After loan spells with Leicester City and Fulham, Lookman made a permanent switch to Atalanta in Italy in 2022.
International Career
The 5 ft 9 in winger starred for England from U19 to the U21 level before switching his nationality to play for Nigeria at the senior level. He was a member of the English team that won the FIFA U-20 World Cup in 2017.
Education
He studied at St Thomas the Apostle College.
Recognitions
After the 2015-2016 soccer season, he received the LFE Apprentice of the Year award.
Trivia
He scored on his Premier League debut.
His first goal for Nigeria came in a 10–0 win over São Tomé and Príncipe in 2022.
