About Adam Gilchrist
Adam Gilchrist has established himself as one of the best wicket-keeper-batsmen in the history of cricket. He began playing during his childhood but came into the limelight after joining Australia’s young cricket team in 1991.
Before his retirement in 2008, he played for many teams including Deccan Chargers, New South Wales, and Western Australia. He represented his country in many international competitions and was a member of the squad that won the World Cup in 1999.
